Terese has 25 years of experience within various fields of communication. During her career she has produced award winning work both within photography and film direction. Her work has - among other places - been exhibited at London Portrait Gallery. She has also worked as Communication Officer at Doctor Without Borders, and as a journalist her stories has been published in leading Norwegian magazines.

In 2015 she co-founded the award winning creative shop Heisholt Inc.
