Anja Radulovic

Upon returning from the United States where she gained a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Acting and Directing, Anja entered the world of advertising. Since then, Anja has relentlessly pursued creative, people-centered ideas.


She started her creative directorship at Leo Burnett in 2009. Soon after, in 2010, Leo Burnett Belgrade became the Best Agency of the Adriatic Region at the Golden Drum. The agency continued with success and helped Leo Burnett become the Best Network at the 2012 awards.


Anja has won numerous international awards, including several Grand Prix, Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards at award shows such as Eurobest, Golden Drum, Epica, London FAB Awards, The Cup, EACA, etc. In the past year, Anja and her team brought the first-ever Euro Effie award to Serbia, won multiple awards at Golden Drum, and over 15 awards at local festivals, including two Grand Prix awards.


Anja has served as a member of international juries at festivals such as Clio, Golden Drum, New York Festivals, Ad Stars, as well as all local festivals, has given lectures and workshops, on various regional festivals, conferences, and academies, and worked on a wide variety of clients and pitches.
